Jennifer Massey and I (Karen Williams) spent time this afternoon enrolling me in Devoted Medicare Health Plan Devoted Giveback Extras 025 OR (HMO). Prior to our talk this afternoon, Jennifer asked some questions about my prescriptions, medical doctors and healthcare providers. She researched plans in both Devoted Healthcare and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plans, and sent information on two Devoted Healthcare plans she felt would best fit my needs.
I signed up for the plan I mentioned above. I submitted my enrollment this afternoon to Devoted Medicare and await the answer from Devoted regarding my enrollment.
Jennifer asked for information prior to our talk, I supplied it and she researched options that would fit my needs best.
This is the second year I have worked with Jennifer, and I feel she thoroughly researches Medicare plans, making my needs and wishes part of her research.
